Unlock Bios Password Dell Latitude E5510 Administrator Password

Hello. This laptop has administrative password and i tried flashing both bios and ec chips and it did not go away.
It shows SYSTEM NUMBER 86-HH8N1-1F5A
service tag: 86HH8N1
Mobo: 09226-1

Could you please check? Find attached both original dumps.
